Chlorene Bailey Cecil, 84, of Narrows, Va., departed this life on Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Carilion Giles Community Hospital in Pearisburg following a brief illness. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, in the chapel of Riffe’s Funeral Service in Narrows with the Rev. Jerry Sawyers officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Narrows. The family will receive friends at Riffe’s Funeral Chapel from 10 a.m. until just prior to the service on Wednesday.
