Cecil, Carlton Leroy

Carlton Leroy Cecil, 93, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at his home in Pulaski. He was preceded in death by his wife Rachel Elizabeth Hamilton Cecil.

He is survived by his stepdaughter, Charlotte Gwendolyn Broadwell of Pulaski; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and many spiritual children..

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Radford Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1110 Tyler Avenue, Radford.
