Cawley, Helen Rowena Whittaker

Helen Rowena Whittaker Cawley, 78, of Norfolk, Va., formerly of Pearisburg, Va., passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011, at home. Mrs. Cawley was born on September 18, 1932, in Pearisburg and was a daughter of the late George Edward Whittaker and Maude Austin Whittaker. Mrs. Cawley is survived by two daughters, one sister, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 29, 2011, at the Givens Funeral Home at 11 a.m. in Pearisburg, Va. with Dr. Fred L. Austin officiating, with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg, Va.
