Carter Sr., Clarence Elliott

Clarence Elliott Carter, age 79, sunrise March 19, 1931, sunset May 10, 2010. Preceded in death by parents James and Elizabeth Carter, seven brothers, three sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Lynette Carter; three children; six step-children; nieces, nephews, other family, and friends; best friend, Joe Coleman.

Visitation 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the chapel of C. D. WHITE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1217 Mt. Vernon Ave. Graveside Service 11:30 a.m. at Eastlawn Cemetery, 1401 Woodland Ave.

Memorial Service 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2010, at New Mount Olive Methodist Church, Radford, Va.
