Leroy Carter, age 75, of Willis, departed, this life on December 16, 2012. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 2 pm. at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel, 202 East Oxford Street, Floyd, VA.

He is survived by three children; four grandchildren; 1 great grandson; six sisters and one brother; a host of nieces and nephews.
