Gary Neil Carter, Jr., age 46, of Blacksburg, died, Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He was born in Montgomery County, VA on December 9, 1974.

He is survived by his mother, Shelby Myers; father, Neil Carter; daughters, Destiny Carter, Bella Carter, Bailey Carter; sons, Anthony Carter, Jeremy Carter, Parker Carter; grandchildren, Sammy Roman, Avi Roman; sister, Becky Honaker.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmie Lee Price officiating. Interment will follow at North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
