Carter, Helen Louise

Helen Louise Carter, 58, of Pulaski, Va., passed away Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016. She was a member of Passageway Outreach Ministry. She was a former employee of Verizon.

She was preceded in death by parents Robert and Helen Carter, and sister Amy Carter.

She is survived by brothers Robert (Janet) Carter, and Joe and E.D. Carter, all of Pulaski, and Michael (Cecilia) Carter of Fairlawn, Va.; sisters Roberta, Mary Jane and Cynthia Carter, all of Pulaski; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, with funeral services following at Passageway Outreach Ministry. Interment will be at Pinehurst Cemetary.

Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation Service is handling the arrangements.
