CARROLL, Paul Randolph

Paul Randolph Carroll, 75, of Christiansburg died Saturday, June 3, 2006 at Montgomery Regional Hospital. He was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on May 8, 1931 to the late James Leonard and Rosie Lambert Carroll. He was preceded in death by a son Paul Roger (Pete) Carroll.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Jane Carroll; two sons, Howard R. “Peanut” Carroll, Jerry W. Carroll and Bonnie Sue, all of Christiansburg; five grandchildren, Ashley Carroll, Trisha Lynn Massie, Ricky Lee Bentley, Laura Elizabeth Bentley and Heather Bentley; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at 2 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Davis and Rev. Stanely “Shake” Smith, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, Blacksburg.
