Carroll, Michael Anthony

Michael Anthony (Tony) Carroll, 46, of Old RT 11, Dublin, VA departed this life Wednesday afternoon, July 16, 2014 at his home in the loving care of his family and hospice. Born in Radford, VA on April 6, 1968, he was a son of the late William Douglas and Jo Ann Sifford Carroll.

He had been employed with Shewel’s Furniture Store in Christiansburg. With his wife he had attended The Parrott Church of God.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife, Linda Caldwell Carroll; his sons and daughters-in-law William Kinzer and fiancé Samantha Stafford of Radford and Christopher Dean Keffer and fiancé Jessica Spence of the home; his brother Jeffery Wayne Carroll of Radford; his sister Catherine Lynn Carroll of Radford; his grandchildren Chelsae Keffer, Lilian Kinzer, Layla Keffer; his sisters- and brothers-in-law Lisa Caldwell, Barbara and Michael Fithian and Donald Caldwell; his mother-in-law Doris Caldwell of Dublin; his nephew and his wife Kevin Douglas and Ginger Carroll; and his special friend Clark Hylton.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 20, 2014 at 4:00 pm in the Parrott Church of God with Pastor Kenneth Alley officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the services Sunday. The Kendall Funeral Home in Pembroke is in charge of the arrangements.
