Carden, Betty Kirtner

Betty Kirtner Carden, 75, of Radford, Va., passed away Saturday, January 1, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Carden; father, James H. Kirtner; daughters, Brenda and Cindy. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Mae Lavern Kirtner; sister, Patsy Cummings and husband, John; brother, James Kirtner Jr. and wife, Duffy; grandson, Clay Davis; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Billie Chrisley. The family will receive friends at DeVilbiss Funeral Home Wednesday, January 5, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, January 6, 2011, at the Fairlawn Bretheran Church with the Reverend Lester Kennedy officiating.
