Michael Wayne Caldwell, 49, of Parrott, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2011, at Pulaski Community Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wayne Caldwell. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Nancy Lee and John C. Turpin, of Parrott; brother, John Clinton (JC) Caldwell and friend, Sue, of Amherst; stepsisters, Hope Turpin, of Blacksburg, and Lisa Deloish, of Pearisburg; stepbrother, Tony Turpin, of Parrott; two uncles, Ralph and Buddy Hoback, both of Radford; cousin, Kenny Lee Hoback, of Christiansburg; and special friends, Judy Davis, Alfie and Rita Harrington, Steve and Gail Orndorff and Steve Bane. Special thanks to the staff and employees of Pulaski Community Hospital and Pulaski Health and Rehab Center. In keeping with Michael’s request his body will be cremated and burial will be private with just family attending.
