Caldwell, Jr., William Perfater

William Perfater Caldwell, Jr., passed away Monday, November 24, 2014 at the age of 60. He was born May 16, 1954 in Radford, Virginia. Bill graduated from Virginia Tech in 1977 with a Degree in Accounting following graduation from Pulaski High School.

He relocated to Houston, Texas where he worked most of his career in the business community, including Tenneco Property Management and Houston Independent School District, the past 17 years as a Senior accountant in Property Management.

Bill is survived by his parents William P. Caldwell and Joanna Cox Caldwell of Daleville, Va. Known to the family as “Buzz”, he leaves behind siblings Greg Caldwell and wife Priscilla of Williamsburg, Va., Jodi Caldwell Austin and husband Coley of Roanoke, Va., Kay Caldwell Spangler and husband Chad of Daleville, Va., and friend Michael Hodges, of Houston, Texas. There are five nephews and one niece.

A Gathering in Celebration of Bill’s Life was held Saturday, December 6 in Houston. A Graveside Service will be held at the Caldwell Family Cemetery in East Radford, Va., at a later date. Please contact the family for details.
