Burtt, Charles Allen

Charles Allen Burtt, age 71 of Broad Run, Virginia died Monday, September 9, 2013 as the result of a vehicle accident. Born January 17, 1942 in Presque Isle, Maine, he was the son of the late George Burtt and Mona Staples Burtt.

He was a retired manager with Giant Food. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Surviving- Wife- Cleo Trail Burtt, Son- Rob Newland and his wife, Ann Marie Newland. Daughter- Cynthia Newland, and her husband, Doug Eltzroth and their three children, Tessa, Emma, and Trailand Eltzroth; Son- Todd Harman and his wife, Angelina Harman & their two sons, Spencer and Christian. Brother- John Burtt and his wife, Teri Burtt, Sister- Linda Southwell and her husband, Sonny, Sister- Nancy Dunlap and her husband, Chuck,

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday 3:00 p.m., September 14, 2013 at the Page/DishonCemetery, Snowville Community (Pulaski County),VA. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 to 2:30p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski. Family and friends will then leave in procession to the cemetery.
