Burton, Freddie Mitchell
Freddie Mitchell Burton, 72, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, November 10, 2014.
Survivors include his wife, Frances C. Burton; sons and daughter-in-law, David Burton, Richard Burton, and Allen and Tammy Burton; daughters Diane Zimmerman and Debbie Mills; numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and brother, Joseph Calvin Burton.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Hickman Cemetery in Pulaski County. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until the time of the service.

Glad to have known Freddie him and Dad were great freinds and we enjoyed all the good times. Freddie let me shoot my first shot blew Newtons msil box off the post for those who knew him he was one of a kind. To the family remember the good times. Myself and my family’s prayers will be with you all. Freddie and Woodpecker are hanging out again joking and laughing watching over us all.
