Burruss, Billie House

Billie House Burruss, 90, of Pulaski, Virginia (formerly of Charlottesville), went to be with her Heavenly Father on February 5, 2019.

She was born and raised in Bristol, Virginia and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching at Radford College.

Mrs. Burruss was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Elmer “Sonny” Burruss, Jr.

Mrs. Burruss is lovingly survived by her sons Stuart (Kathy) and Worth (Jan); grandchildren Laura (Ben) Buzzard, Rachel (Will) Gressel and Jeffrey Burruss; and 2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear friend, Milton Mozie.
