Julian Barkley “Skip” Burress, Jr. age 77 of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Pulaski Health and Rehab Center. Born June 21, 1943 in Virginia, he was the son of the late Julian Barkley Burress and Helen French Burress.
