Burdette, Clarice Ruth

Clarice Ruth Burdette, 88, of Christiansburg, formerly of Frederick, MD, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2013. She was born in Syracuse NY, to the late Clarence and Ruth Fellows. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Burdette; a daughter, Tina Burdette; and a brother, Earl Fellows. She is survived by her children, William Strange, Alan Grise, Edward Burdette, and Janet Burdette DeFriece; siblings, Kathryn Morgan, Nancy Wolfe, Leslie Fellows, and Robert Fellows; as well as other extended family and friends. There will be a memorial service at a later date in Frederick, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Clarice’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
