Bugg, Cynthia Howell

Cynthia (Cindy) Mae Bugg, 33, of Blacksburg, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2013. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda G. Howell. She is survived by her daughter, Clarissa Mills; son, Caleb Mills; the father of her children, Brian Mills; father, Bo Howell; brother, Chase Howell; sister, Chloe Howell; and special friend, Pam Cantrell; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Cindy was a loving and devoted mother, a giving and caring sister and daughter. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Her battles and struggles are now over. We will always miss and love you. “Believe” The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at 11 a.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Johnny Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
