Buckland, Kevin Matthew

Kevin Matthew Buckland, age 51, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023, at the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. Born February 9, 1972, he was the son of Sherman “Sonny” and Linda McCormick Buckland.

Kevin was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rich Creek and worked as a mechanic for Brown & Root. He loved riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his loving wife, Taffany R. Church Buckland; one son, Aaron Navy; one daughter, Megan Navy; three grandchildren, Haley, Charlotte, and Waylon; his motorcycle friends; and several aunts, uncles, and extended family members.
