Bryant, Betty Jane Lovern

Betty Jane Lovern Bryant, 78, of Christiansburg, Va., passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2010. She was born on December 1, 1931, to the late Mark J. and Ada Martin Lovern. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Bryant. She had a big heart and loved her family. She is survived by four daughters, Karen Pearman, of Christiansburg, Va., Diane Lovern, of Nashville, Tenn., Brenda Price and husband, Paul, of Christiansburg, Va., and Patricia Harmon and husband, Brad, of Christiansburg, Va.; two stepsons, Doug Bryant and wife, Ella Mae ,of Blacksburg, Va., and Dennis and wife, Joe Bryant, of Pulaski, Va.; one stepdaughter, Wanda King and husband, David, of Christiansburg; 12 grandchildren; 18 greatgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews; a special former son-in-law, Ray Davis, of Fayetteville, Tenn.; and other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 26, 2010, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be conducted 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 27, 2010, from the chapel of Horne Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
