Brumfield, Richard George

Richard George Brumfield, age 70, of Christiansburg, died, Thursday, January 11, 2024 at the New River Valley Medical Center. He was born in Montgomery County, Virginia on July 25, 1953 to the late Perry George and Nina Carter Brumfield. He was preceded in death by his wife Debra J. Brumfield.

He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Brumfield; stepdaughter, Donetta Sifford and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Keith Graves officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 AM prior to the service.
