Broyles, Bobby Ray

Bobby Ray Broyles, 84 of Ballard passed away Wednesday February 14, 2018 at Springfield Care Center, Lindside, WV. Born February 1, 1934 at Dry Pond, WV he was the son of the late Leonard and Neva Underwood Broyles.

Bobby was a US Army Veteran, a Member of the NRA, and retired from Celanese Corp., in Narrows, VA.

In addition to his parents Bobby was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years Phyllis Archer Broyles; two brothers, Pat and Thomas Broyles. Survivors include his step son, P.D. Wickline of Lindside, WV; one brother, Gene Broyles and wife Carolyn of Roanoke, VA; one sister, Martha Belcher of Roanoke, VA; two grandsons, Chris Wickline and wife Kristi of Pilot, VA, and Derek Wickline of Ballard, WV; five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday February 17, 2018 at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel, Peterstown, WV with Pastor Roger Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow at the Orchard Cemetery, Ballard, WV. Friends may call from 11:00am until time of services at the funeral home.
