browning regina dawnRegina Dawn Browning, 48, of Floyd, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2011. Regina was a faithful member of Floyd Baptist Church and enjoyed being active in the Christian Women of Floyd County Quilters. She loved her family and extended this love to everyone she met. Regina had a very caring heart and her contributions as a hard worker will always be remembered. She loved doing deeds of kindness that exemplified her beautiful spirit. Left to cherish her memories are her parents, Connie R. and Nina H. Browning; siblings, Carlotta and Steve Eaton, Michael and Sarah V. Browning, and Angela and David Thompson; nieces, Cassandra and Andy Shortt, and Amanda Thompson and fiance, Alex Wilkins; nephews, Matthew and Stephanie Browning, Ryan and Sarah S. Browning and Christopher Thompson; aunts and uncles, Irene Gallimore, Lilas Webb, family of Winnie Dalton, Anita and Hubert Quesenberry, family of Beulah Gallimore, Vada and Carl Cox, Josephine and Lonzie Alderman, Brenda and Russell Howell, Ren and Sonja Hollandsworth, Wanda and Duayne Grubb, Martha and Jimmie Bower, family of Christine Mullins, Joyce and Bud Fleeman, Johnny and Nancy Browning, Berlena Brown, Sandra Adams, Darrel and Trudy Browning, Margaret and Bill Huband, Marvin and Sherry Browning; and many, many cousins and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 14, 2011, at the Floyd Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Womack and the Rev. Gina Rhea officiating. Interment to follow in Beaver Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 13, 2011, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Floyd Baptist Church.
