Brown, Jr., Thomas Edward

Thomas Edward Brown Jr., age 79, of Chincoteague died, Tuesday, April 26, 2022. He was born in Baltimore, MD. on April 6, 1943 to the late Emma Bielefeld and Thomas Edward Brown, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Gisela Brown, a daughter, Shannon Brown.

He graduated from Johns Hopkins University. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Tom retired from A & N Electric Cooperative as an electrical engineer. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, metal detecting, and was an avid HAM Radio Operator.

He is survived by his wife, Faith, daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Nathan Green, mother-in-law, Loretta Hornberger and friend, Joseph Gray.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Episcopal Church P.O. Box 186 Oak Hall, Va. 23416.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
