Brown, Cecil Jarman

Cecil J. Brown, 60, of Radford, Va., passed away Monday, November 9, 2009. He was employed with Montgomery County Schools in the Special Education Department at Blacksburg Middle School.

Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann E. Brown, of Radford; a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Scott and Stephanie Brown, of Pennington, N.J.; a daughter, Laura Ann Brown, of Blacksburg; three grandchildren, Alex Andres Roman, Sam Elliott Roman, and Joseph Patrick Brown; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerome and Karen Brown of Walnut, Miss. and Glen and Gisele Brown, of Tiplersville, Miss.; his mother-in-law, Dorothy Enochs, of Newbern, Tenn.; two sisters-in-law, Mary Elizabeth Sayer, of Saraland, Ala. and Helen Enochs, of Dyersburg, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 14, 2009, at 11 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
