Wanda Fay Bradley, age 85, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at her home in Peterstown, WV. Born May 23, 1935, in Oneida, TN, she was the daughter of the late Steve and Margaret Lawson Norris.

Wanda was an accomplished chef, having worked for several respectable restaurants. She was the best cook and had such a big heart, which explains why she was considered the neighborhood mom. She was a proud veteran’s wife, as she was a member of the Narrows VFW Auxiliary, Narrows American Legion Auxiliary, and the Vietnam Veterans of America in Princeton. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by two daughters, Catherine Sue Barnes and Elizabeth Kay Aitken. Those left to cherish her memory includes her loving husband of 45 years, Larry Bradley; one son, William R. Bradley and wife Tierra of Dothan, AL; five daughters, Theresa Huber of Peterstown, WV, Virginia Lee Weber and husband Clarence of Lawton, OK, Margaret “Mitzi” Dixon and husband Kenneth of Grand Junction, CO, Joyce Wagner of Dublin, VA, and Victoria Lynn Cumbee of Rich Creek, VA; twenty-eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV with Chaplain David Bishop officiating. Burial will follow at the Bradley Cemetery in Lindside, WV. Visitation will be from 1:00PM until time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
