Boysaw, Edith Maxine

Edith Maxine Boysaw, 76, of Dublin, Va., passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015. She was born Sept. 17, 1938, to the late William and Savannah Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Boysaw.

Survivors include her children, Bobby, John and Emmanuel Boysaw, Bonnie (Oscar) Phillips, Theresa (Stewart) Williams and Shirlean (Ronald) Horton; sisters Betty Smith and Bishop Judy (Clay) Jones; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at Spirit of Life, Pulaski, Va. The family will receive friends 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church. Interment will be held in Pinehurst Cemetery.
