Bowers, Howard Earl

Howard Earl Bowers, 92 of Blacksburg passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017.

Mr. Bowers was a retired Engineer and served in the United States Army.

He is survived by his children; Susan L Bowers, Amelia J. Bowers and Howard D. Bowers and his wife; Barbara, stepson; William J. Moody. Mr. Bowers is also survived by his grandchildren; Elliott Bowers, Jessee Bowers, and Timothy Thornton.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin with Pastor Kevin Meadows officiating.
