Bouldin, Eva Sue Wilson

Eva Sue Wilson Bouldin, age 94, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at her home in Peterstown, WV. Born June 6, 1928, in Union, WV, she was the daughter of the late Luther Alan Wilson and Early D. Deskins.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a devoted friend. She was best known in the community for the countless cakes and wedding cakes she made for decades.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, James H. Bouldin; and one son, Rick Body. She was the last of her living siblings. Also preceding her in death are brothers, James Wilson, Frank Wilson, and Junior Wilson; one sister, Ruby Woodruff; and one grandson, Wesley Allen.

Survivors include one son, Thomas H. Bouldin of Peterstown, WV; one daughter, Debbie Allen and husband Benny of Peterstown, WV; granddaughter, Jessica Allen and fiancé Steve Dickson; grandsons, Andrew and Jackson Bostic; special friends, Shirley Hedrick and Phyllis Ferguson; and numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Greenbrier Valley Hospice and special nurse, Chrystal.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Pastor Pete Dunford officiating. Burial will follow at the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg, VA. Visitation will be from 1:00PM until time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
