Boothe, Barbara Jo

Barbara Jo Boothe, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at her home in Peterstown, WV. Born April 19, 1953, in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Carl P. and Bonnie J. Bradley Boothe.

Barbara attended United We Stand Ministries in Rich Creek, VA. She retired from Celanese in Narrows, VA, after 25 years of service. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Carla Hetherington and husband Justin of Peterstown, WV; one brother, Steve Boothe and wife Donna of Lindside, WV; two grandchildren that she dearly loved, Zayden and Tinsleigh; niece, Debbie Sams; nephew, Stevie Boothe; several close cousins; and her trusted companion, her dog Teddy.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00PM on Monday, April 5, 2021, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Pastor Rick Green officiating. A time of fellowship and sharing of memories will take place from 5:00PM until time of services on Monday at the funeral home.
