Bolt, Odell Virgil

Odell Virgil Bolt (Pedley), passed away July 26, 2016 at the age of 82. He is preceded in death by his parents Martin and Virginia Bolt, six sisters, two brothers and baby Isabell Mackey, Odell called her little Robin.

For twenty-two years Odell had a place he could call home but God said “old timber cutter you have a better home come and rest.”

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of twenty two years, Ida Mae Bolt,; two step sons, Kenneth Beckner (Mary), Donald Beckner (Becky); two step daughters, Wanda Hale (Tommy), Marsha Brown (Bill); Grandchildren, Robin Mackey (Bryan), Anthony Munsey (Alison), Scott Hale, Katrina Walker (Aaron), Susan Meredith (DK), Ricky Beckner (Chris); fourteen great-grandchildren; Molly his horse; lots of nieces, nephews and many good friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 29, 2016 at Maberry Funeral Home with Rev. J.C. Willard officiating with interment in the Alderman Cemetery. Family will receive friends from Noon to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
