Boley, Joshua Dean

Joshua Dean Boley, 22, of Christiansburg, Va., passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 16, 2009. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Harold and Ocie Boley and Paul Cecil.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Patricia and Randy Cox; his father and stepmother, Howard (Keith) and Penny J. Boley; fiance, Jamie Southern; son, Colton Dean Boley; brothers, William Mathew Boley, Trey Price and Jacob Ryan Cox; sister, Heather Lauren Cox; grandmother, Earnestine Cecil; grandfather, Robert McBride; greatgrandmother, Mildred Lane; stepgrandmother, Glenda Pilson; aunts, Alpha J. (Bunny) Hamlin, Donna McNeil, Janie Lang, Shirley Boley, Sharon Pilson, Becky Linkous, Shirley Altizer, Mary Bolling, Norma Musselman, and Judy Craft; uncles, Eugene Boley and Shirley, Robert M. Bride Jr., Richard McNeil, Mark Pilson, John Vaught and Michael Odham; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 18, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2009, in the Horne Funeral Chapel conducted by Pastor Tom McCue with interment to follow in Sunset Cemetery.
