Blevins, Juanita Tickle

Juanita “Nita” Tickle Blevins, age 64, of Dublin died, Thursday, January 21, 2016, at her home. She was born in Christiansburg, Va on August 26, 1951 to the late Hubert Shannon and Fleta Helen McCoy Tickle and also preceded in death by three sisters Judy Tickle Hutchison, Janice Tickle Sizemore and Jackie Jo Tickle.

She is survived by her husband, Baxter W. Blevins, of Dublin; daughter and son-in-law, Nicole “Nickie” and Randy O’Dell, of Dublin; son and daughter-in-law, Tracy and Joann Blevins, of Floyd; two sisters and brother-in-law, Joyce T. and Verne Taylor, Joan T. Carter, all of Dublin; four grandchildren, Josaleen “Josie” Mariea O’Dell, Judith Faith “Judy” O’Dell, Julia Nicole “Julie” O’Dell, JoAnna Desiree O’Dell; two step-grandchildren Holly Loraine Blevins, and Misty Roseann Blevins; her special friend Tinkerbell; three nephews and three nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Valley Harvest Ministries Dublin with the Pastor Stacy Cope officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memorial Gardens, Dublin.

The Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive SW, Blacksburg.
