Mary Evalina Meadows Billos, 79, of Narrows, VA, crossed over to her heavenly home to be with the Lord on June 27, 2022, at Carilion Giles Community Hospital with her family by her side. Mary was born on December 7, 1942, in Willowton, WV, she was the daughter of the late James and Myrtle Meadows.

Mary co-owned the Central Restaurant for 40 years where she took joy in ensuring everyone was taken care of with a warm meal. Mary was a member of the First Baptist Church in Narrows and a previous member of the First Baptist Church in Rich Creek and her special church home, Willowton Christian Church. Mary spent years serving many families individually in her community and was a quiet but faithful servant.

Mary enjoyed outdoor adventures, camping, reading, gospel and country music, flowers, butterflies and cardinals. Her greatest joy in life was her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters and is the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Mary is survived by her loving husband and caregiver, Leon Billos, her two loving daughters, Leanna Craig (Scott) and Angela Dandois (Kevin), her treasured grandchildren Cameron, Sophia, Lauren, and great grandchild – Jordyn, her special sister in laws, many special nieces and nephews and family friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of Carilion Giles Community Hospital, Carilion Hospice and Amy Fletcher who helped with her care and provided her with love. We would also like to thank the Narrows First Baptist Church.

Mary lived a long, brave, wonderful life and her family will miss her deeply.
