Biggs, Helen Hedge

Helen Hedge Biggs, of Pulaski, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013. She was born on January 21, 1941 to the late Irvine Hedge and Ruby Dickerson Hedge. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Hilda H. Brown, and brothers, Alvin Hedge, Jeff Hedge, Dan Hedge, Jessie Hedge, Cecil Hedge, Gene Hedge, and Frank Hedge.

Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Wallace M. Biggs; sister, Mable McPeak; daughters, Brenda Conner and Ruby Elswick and husband, James; sons, Mason Biggs and wife, Penny, John Biggs and wife, Melissa. She is also survived by her grandsons, Christopher Conner, Brandon Conner, Dominick Biggs, William Biggs, and Grayson Biggs; granddaughters, Eden Biggs, Lexi Biggs, and Shelby Biggs. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, Nicholas Conner, Gavin Conner, Keyton Warden, and Jasmine Biggs. She is also survived by her former son-in-law, Todd Conner; as well as many nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law and many special friends and relatives. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013, from 12 to 2 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski and the funeral will follow immediately after from the funeral home with the Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. Mrs. Biggs will be laid to rest in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin, Va. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
