Bentley, Roy Mathew

Roy Mathew Bentley, 85, of Christiansburg, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2007.

Survivors include, daughters and sons-in-law, Wilma and Lewis Cook of Pulaski, Shirley Dickerson of Radford, Darlene and Jackie Abshire, Patsy and Charlie Stump, Brenda Bentley, all of Christiansburg, Ruby and Fred Stone of Dublin; son and daughter-in-law, Roy Junior and Nora Bentley of Floyd; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 19, 2007 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd with the Rev. Sam Hancock and the Rev. Roy Junior Bentley officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Maberry Funeral Home.
