Bell, Edna Haynes

Edna Haynes Bell, 65, of Cleburne Blvd., Dublin, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2008 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital, Salem. Born November 1, 1942 in Fries, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Sanders and Haley Bilbrey Haynes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Gerald Leonard Bell on November 1, 2007.

Mrs. Bell was a retired registered nurse with 33 years of service with Pulaski Community Hospital. She was a member of the Highland Park Community Church, Dublin.

Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry and Steve Owens of Dublin, Stacy and Chris DeBella of Lawrenceville, Georgia; three grandchildren, Joshua Owens, Haley Owens and Arianna DeBella; brother and sister-in-law , Jerry and Judy Haynes of Pulaski; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Sid Campbell of Johnson City, Tenn.; sister-in-law, Doris Gravley of Lenoir, N.C.; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Walter C. and June Bell of Pulaski, Clayton Bell of Fries.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Pastor Michael Blouse officiating. Entombment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski.
