Barnett, Thelma Kanode

Thelma Elizabeth Kanode Barnett, age 79 of Pulaski passed away Thursday, December 6, 2007 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born November 17, 1928 in Roanoke,Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Dewey “Chappie” Kanode and Lillie Laura Ratcliff Kanode. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Allen Barnett and brother, Ralph Thompson Kanode.

Doris & Jimmy Lang-Radford
Rose & Larry Tabor- Pulaski
Virginia & Daniel Shepherd- Dublin

Sister- Alma May Bishop- both of Christiansburg

Twelve Grandchildren and Nineteen Great Grandchildren

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 2:00 P.M. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with officiating. Interment will follow in Hoge’s Chapel Mt Lebanon Cemetery, Pembroke.
