Thomas Graham Baker, Jr. age 59 of Dublin, died Friday morning, April 15, 2016 at Lewis Gale Hospital – Pulaski. He was born on October 3, 1956 in Radford and is the son of Betty Gleason Baker and Thomas Graham Baker, Sr. Tommy was well known to most Pulaski County residents, for his service and genuine affection for this community.

He was a member of the Draper United Methodist Church, he graduated from Radford College, and The Washington and Lee School of Law, served as the Dublin town attorney, and ran his own law practice in Dublin for many years. Tommy served the citizens of Virginia as a member of the Virginia State House of Delegates for ten years.

He is survived by his parents; Betty Gleason Baker and Thomas Graham Baker, Sr. of Draper: his son; Jefferson Graham Baker and his fiancé Holly Lassiter of Arlington, VA: and his brother; Robert D. Baker and his wife Tammy of Max Meadows.

The family will receive friends on Sunday at Seagle Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m until 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. There will be a private graveside service to follow the next day.
