Arrington, Judith Pearson

Judith Pearson Arrington, 58, of Dublin, died Sunday, May 6, 2012, at UVA Hospital, Charlottesville. She was born in Northern Virginia on September 1, 1953. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Kilpatrick Pearson, a brother, John Pearson, and a sister, Jacqui Martin. She was employed with Family Preservation Services as a Mental Health Support Services Director. Judy was a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is survived by her husband, Thomas R. Arrington, of Dublin; father, Jack Pearson, of Annadale; sons, Andrew Arrington, of Dublin, Reid Arrington, of Radford; sister, Carolyn Pearson; brother, Dan Pearson, both of Annadale; and she is also survived by her dogs, Libby and Oz. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m Thursday, May 10, 2012, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Tommy McDearis officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg.
