Christa Lee Arnold, age 72 passed away Wednesday February 29, 2012 at the Francis Marion Manor. She was born in Erwin, Tennessee to the late Rushie (R.L.) Williams & Mable Foster Williams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Andrew Jackson Arnold and a brother, Eugene Williams. She was a dedicated member of the Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by: One Son: David Lee Byrd & wife Paula, Limestone, TN Two Brothers: Phillip Williams & wife Joanne, Erwin, TN’ Ron Williams & wife Sue, Erwin, TN Two Sisters: Barbara Tipton, Erwin, TN, Revonda Cooper, Johnson City, TN Her Grandchildren: Amanda Bennett & husband Travis, Felecia Arnold, Matt Byrd & wife Nikki, Erin Byrd Her Great-Grandchildren: Cole, Kloe, Alex & Drew Several Nieces & Nephews Funeral services will be held at 8:00 PM on Friday, March 2, 2012 from the Bradley’s Funeral Home Chapel in Marion with Rev. Mike Halsey officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home or anytime at the home of Amanda & Travis Bennett, 214 Cypress Dr., Marion, VA 24354. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Fort Chiswell, Virginia. Family & friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
