Arney, Robert Lee

Robert Lee Arney, 86, of Radford, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 18, 2008. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nellie Arney, in 2005.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Leslie Dishon, of Christiansburg and Linda and Roger Graves, of Roanoke; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald Lee and Cherry Arney, of Ft. Chiswell; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; two sisters, Esther Epperly, of Radford, and Jean Loyd, of Mountain City, Tenn.; and two special nieces, Jane Harriman and Vickie Epperly, both of Radford.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 21, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, with Rev. Tom Rice officiating. Interment will follow in the West View Cemetery in Radford.
