Andrews, Elizabeth Faye

Elizabeth Faye “Libby” Andrews, age 86 of Pulaski passed away Sunday morning July 29, 2018 at the New River Valley Medical Center.

Born December 11, 1931 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Ivan & Recie Elizabeth Fagg Fisher.

Her husband, Carl Gilbert Andrews, brothers, John Fisher, Douglas Fisher, Jimmy Fisher, Wise Fisher and sisters, Katherine “Kitty” Terry, Dawn Coe also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her

Son & Daughter-in-law: Carl Dean & Cheryl Andrews – Conway, SC

Grandson: Dusty (April) Andrews – Pulaski

Great-Granddaughters: Adele and Alexis Andrews – Pulaski

Step-Grandson: Scott (Melissa) Phipps – King George, VA

Step Great-Grandsons: Dylan and Lincoln Phipps

Sister: Rebecca “Becky” Fisher Dalton – Knoxville

Sister-in-law: Leona Andrews

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski, with Rev. Becky Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
