Anderson, Audrey Lee

Audrey Lee Anderson, 96, of Radford, Va., died on Monday, March 15, 2010, at Cozy Home Haven. She was born in Colorado County, Texas, on December 1, 1913, to the late Rev. Elbert and Laura Castel Hinton.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, TJ. Anderson Sr.; daughter, Deloras Anderson; son, TJ. Anderson Jr.; brothers, Bubba Hinton and Elbert Hinton; sisters, Webbie Young and Ida May Coleman; and brother-in-law, Lewis Anderson. She leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter-in-law, Maple Anderson, of Blacksburg, Va.; two granddaughters, Audrey Anderson Biggs, of Dublin, Va., and Althea Anderson Dobbins, of North Carolina; two grandsons, Timothy Anderson, of Blacksburg, Va., and Myron Anderson, of Aurora, Colo.; brother, Alfred Hinton, of Houston, Texas; sister, Bertha Lee Hinton, of Las Vegas; her sisters-in-law, Goldie Hinton and Lucile Hinton; and a host of well loved cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. on Friday, March 19, 2010, in the Blacksburg Baptist Church with Dr. Tommy McDearis officiating. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home Blacksburg, Va.
