Amos, Anne Doppler

Anne Doppler Amos, of Blacksburg and Concord, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012. Born October 13, 1930, in Louisville, Kentucky, Anne loved her family, her work, and traveling. She taught English at Blacksburg High School. Anne is survived by her husband of 61 years, Dan; her son Daniel (Renee); daughter Gabrielle; grandchildren Dylan and Rachel Minnich; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ellen and Preston Baugh; niece and nephews. Anne’s family is grateful for the love and attention she received at Radford Health and Rehabilitation Center. Anne’s family will welcome friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity .
