Altizer, Edward Evans

Edward Evans Altizer, 86 of Floyd, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vada and Annie Altizer, and sister Betty Duncan.

He is survived by his siblings, Teddy Altizer, Bernice Akers (Russell), Tazewell Altizer, Lawrence Altizer (Marti), Phillip Altizer(Norma), Ruth Moran(James), Rosie Altizer (Gene),Thomas Altizer; special friends, Harvey and Amy Reed, Hubert Reed; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 10, 2017 at Maberry Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Pugh officiating with interment in the White Rock Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
