Altizer, David Carlton

David Carlton Altizer, 56, of Dublin, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012. He was a United States Navy veteran and an auto mechanic. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mamie Arlene Duncan Altizer. Survivors include his father, Teddy C. Altizer, of Radford; son, David Matthew Altizer, of Blacksburg; special companion of 25 years, Lisa Lytton, of Dublin; stepson, Christopher Lee Lytton, of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Austin Lytton and Haley Lytton; brother and sister-in-law, Darryl W. and Lisa Altizer, of Fairlawn; sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Jerry Quesenberry, of Fairlawn; niece and nephew, Amanda and Carlton Altizer. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 27, 2012, from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Jim Walker officiating and members of VFW Post #776 will conduct military last rites. Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to Lisa Lytton, 6060 Old Route #11, Dublin, VA 24084.
