Alley, Opal Arkansas

Opal Arkansas Alley (Moomaw) age 88, of Christiansburg passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 at Richfield Retirement Center, Salem, Va. She was a longtime employee at Econo Lodge until she retired in 2011.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence (Boots) Alley, sons, Kenney Lee Younce, Monroe Younce, daughters, Libby, of Fla., Christine Ferguson, of Roanoke, brother, Melvin Vance, of Salem. She is survived by one son, Wayne Younce, of WVa., numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Moomaw was a very kind and loving person and will be missed by many. May she rest in peace.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
