Virgel will be sadly missed. I considered it a privilege and honor to serve with him on the Floyd County Board of Supervisors and Floyd County PSA. He was one-of-a-kind and he always had the welfare of Floyd County and Floyd County’s young people in mind. Our family is praying for his family and we hope to see him again in heaven.
