Albert, Shirley Cochran

Shirley Cochran Albert, age 76, of Radford died Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born in Radford, Va. on August 4, 1937 to the late Early Otto and Mammie Turpin Cochran. She was also preceded in death by a son, Troy Dale Albert, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Troy Dale Albert, Sr. of Radford; one daughter and son-in-law, Missie and Scott Quesenberry of Riner; one son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Vickie Albert of Christiansburg; two sisters, Justine Shepheard of Radford, Barbara Howard of Macon, Ga.; brothers and sister-in-law Haven and Carolyn Cochran of Raleigh, NC, Early Cochran of Radford; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 12:00 noon in the Roselawn Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Sloss officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon Saturday in Roselawn Mausoleum Chapel.
